 Q:  How long do I have to place my order?

A:   Please look for the information on the product ordering page.

Q:  How will recipients know who sent the order?

A:   A name tag, that lists the sender, will be included on the order.

Q:  Do you plan to offer any special treats for the upcoming November/December holiday season?

A:   Yes..  Please check back on the site for more details about upcoming product offerings.

Q:  Are the items featured in the photos the exact items that are part of the hand-crafted creations?

A:  The images of our products displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only.  While we make every effort to ensure that the images, descriptions and specifications of our products are accurate and up to date there may be slight variations in color, size, shape or appearance due to the natural materials used in their production.  We reserve the right to substitute materials or modify designs at any time without notice.  If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.  We are not liable for any differences between the product images and the actual product received.

 

Q:  Is there a sugar free option?

A:   Yes.  When you place your order, just indicated your preference for a sugar free option.

Q:  Do you offer hand-crafted creations for individuals with dietary restrictions?

A:  At this time, we don’t customize the hand-crafted creations; however, many gift recipients enjoy sharing the treats with friends or care partners.   In addition, many recipients also say they enjoy the “gift experience itself” from a Happiness Host who shares a fun poem and joke of the day.

Delivery

 

Q: Do you personally deliver the special hand-crafted creations  to individuals who are not living in adult living communities?

A:  At this time, we are only making deliveries to Harbor Chase at Dr. Phillips, Orlando FL.  However, if you have an interest in sending an order to someone at another senior living community in the Central Florida area, please let us know and we can explore creating a partnership with that community. 

 

Q:  How can I make sure that my loved one doesn’t miss out on the signature gift presentation for the candy bouquet experience?

A:  When you place your order, you will see the delivery date listed. We encourage you to give them notice of a special visit so that they can be around to receive a personal delivery. If your recipient does not answer their door, we will make multiple attempts to try and reach them but cannot guarantee the full experience if they are unavailable. We also partner with Harbor Chase so they are aware of when the gift experience will take place so they can use their communications channels as well.

Q: What if my loved one has to visit an outside care facility during one of the subscription months and won't be at the Adult Living Community to receive the gift?

A:  We are committed to doing the right thing and can either pause your subscription or refund the remaining balance on the subscripti

Q:  Do the baked items contain allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish?

A:  We purchase the items fresh from local bakeries and stores.  The bakeries use a variety of ingredients that may contain allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.  We take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination of our products however, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free from any allergens as we are not making the products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free from any allergens.
